Technical Support - Service Level Agreement

Technical Support is a service provided by Spot Solutions to assist in providing remedy and problem resolution relating to the use of the Remote Payroll Entry (RPE) Systems.

Spot Solutions personnel are dedicated in providing reasonable levels of technical support and problem tracking within an acceptable response time to the user community.

Who is eligible to receive support?

Registered and authorized users of the Remote Payroll Entry System. Some issues may require that the support personnel verify the identity of the user.

What are the available methods of receiving technical support?

Depending on the nature of the incident users can use email, Web based feedback forms and/or telephone to contact Spot Solutions. Users are encouraged to use electronic means where possible.

 

Things you should do before contacting support:

- Be sure that you are an authorized user of the system.
- Read the FAQ.
- Be sure that you are using supported and compliant software and hardware.
- Read the system resources and manuals provided.

What if my issue requires involvement of other parties?

BCMEA/WEBC I.S. Support personnel will work with all parties involved to arrive at a resolution that is satisfactory to the user. 

What are the hours of service?

Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.

What are the response times?

During regular business hours, our response time is 1 hour.

How fast can I expect a resolution?

Depending on the complexity of the issue, resolution times may vary. Most issues are expected to be resolved immediately while some others may take up to few hours or days to resolve.
